We ship from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times are longer if outside of the metropolitan area.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing. (This excludes orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays)
Please allow 1-2 Business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse during high volume peak periods.
Refunds for online orders are applicable to full price items only and will be returned to the original payment method. Items must be in original condition, complete with box, charging cables and manuals.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Please contact customer care via the button below to start your return.
All returns must be sent within 14 Days of your order date. Once your return is received back in our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
